Congressman mayor: Don’t scoff at de Blasio’s possible run for Congress

Might doesn’t mean would. If we were betting people, and we’re not, we’d put money on the former one-term congressman, moderate Democrat Max Rose, to win both the primary and the general. We like Rose a lot. But if de Blasio can win the primary, he’d have (speaking of punching bags) a puncher’s chance to take the seat.
